Hi, I’m Natasha! I created this website to share my passion for hydration and healthy living. As someone living with Sjogren’s disease, I understand firsthand how important proper hydration is for overall health and wellbeing.

Sjogren’s affects moisture-producing glands, causing chronic dryness throughout the body. Staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water is essential for managing symptoms.

After my Sjogren’s diagnosis, I became focused on finding delicious ways to increase my daily fluid intake. I experimented with fun infused waters, hydrating teas, juicing, and smoothies. I also researched the myriad health benefits of water, from digestive health to heart health, kidney function, weight management, and more.

Armed with knowledge and a motivation to stay hydrated, I made drinking water a priority. Along the way, I discovered countless tips and strategies for making hydration more enjoyable and sustainable. I started this website to empower others to do the same.
